Q: How do I sign up or unsubcribe from Sensations Boutique?

     A: To sign up for Sensations Boutique, click on the "register" button
 
         You may also unsubscribe at any time by clicking on "Unsubscribe" 
         at the bottom of any Sensations Boutique e-mail you receive.


Q: What credit cards do you accept online?

     A: We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express.
         At this time, we do not accept payment by check for online orders.


Q: How do I redeem gift certificates/discounts online?

     A: If you have a gift certificate/discount code, enter the number printed
         on the back during checkout on the Payment Info page. If the
         total amount of your gift card is less than the cost of your order,
         you will be asked to provide a credit card number for the remainder.


Q: How do I redeem coupons online?

      A: From time to time, we offer special coupons which are
          easily redeemable online. After you have placed your items
          in your Shopping Bag, proceed through the checkout process
          with your coupon code handy. Enter your coupon code on the
          Payment Info page within Checkout. Coupon codes are case sensitive;
          please type the code exactly as it appears on your coupon.


Q: Can I place an International order?

     A: At this time we are unable to ship online orders internationally,
         but our customer service specialists are happy to assist with your
         international ordering needs. You may

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

      A: We make it easy to check the status of your online order.
          Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation
          with an order tracking number which allows you to monitor your
          purchase as it is in route to you.


Q: What if I need to exchange  or return something?

     A: Due to the nature of the products sold by SensationsBoutique.com,
         we are unable to accept the following product returns:
         merchandise which has been opened and merchandise with compromised
         packaging.  We will gladly accept returns on unopened merchandise within
         30 days of the original purchase date. Sensations Boutique will process exchanges
         and issue a refund in the original form of payment for the original purchase price,
         plus any applicable taxes. Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
